Plot
Holy shit, what a creative choice. Never seen something done like this before — so many twists and turns. What a fun way to do horror. Great acting, great pacing. Loved it.
Cinematography
Now this was the best part. The retro aesthetics were perfect — felt like I was watching Barney back as a kid. But the change in aesthetic matched with the flow of the plot was top tier.
Sound
Same sentiment as the visuals here. The audio would drastically change depending on where the plot went.
My Take
This was created by the creator of Too Many Cooks. You Adult Swim fans know what I'm talking about, and damn, this had Adult Swim written all over it. Excited to dive deeper into the lore. This was a fantastic film and another horror hit added to the 2026 slate. This movie was literally made for me.
